AnneToys ships orders in plain, non-descriptive packaging. The outside of the parcel does not identify the product inside and does not contain sexual product descriptions.

Orders are normally processed within 1-5 business days.

United States standard shipping: approximately 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Other supported destinations: approximately 10-20 business days after dispatch.

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To protect customer health and safety, intimate products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally credited within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
