How long does shipping take?

Order processing takes 1-5 days. US shipping is about 7-15 working days, and other areas are about 10-20 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Annetoys offers free shipping on orders of $59 or more after coupons or discounts are applied.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The package does not show sexual words, product descriptions, or obvious outside branding.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track it at 17TRACK.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please contact support@annetoys.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and your delivery postcode. Do not send payment-card details by email.

What is your return policy?

Annetoys has a 30-day return policy. Eligible items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return or refund request?

Contact support@annetoys.com before sending anything back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Payment providers may require additional processing time.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Annetoys immediately.
