Discreet Shipping
AnneToys ships orders in plain, non-descriptive packaging. The outside of the parcel does not identify the product inside and does not contain sexual product descriptions.
The billing descriptor is determined by the payment method or payment provider used at checkout and may include AnneToys or the provider's descriptor. Please contact support@annetoys.com before ordering if you have a billing privacy question.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1-5 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States standard shipping: approximately 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- Other supported destinations: approximately 10-20 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: when offered at checkout, the estimated delivery time and price shown at checkout apply.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, and address problems may affect delivery.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available when the order subtotal reaches $59 after discounts and before shipping charges or taxes, unless a different threshold is displayed at checkout.
Tracking
When an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking may take several business days to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to local regulations, customs requirements, carrier restrictions, and compliance considerations, we currently do not ship to the following destinations:
Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Maldives, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, the Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tunisia, Türkiye (Turkey), Turkmenistan, Uganda, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yemen.
We may also be unable to ship to other destinations where delivery is restricted by applicable laws, customs requirements, or carrier policies. If your destination is not available at checkout, please do not place an order.
