Your order will be shipped in a plain nondescript package with the return address simply stating the package is from AnneToys. AnneToys will also be the name you will see on your credit card statement. You will not see the name AnneToys on your credit card statement, nor will you see the name AnneToys printed on the outside of your shipping package. Also, no catalogs will be mailed to your home.
When are orders processed:
Orders are processed the same day they are received if they arrive before 4 PM. However, any orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.
What are some of our shipping options:

- "Free shipping" - is available to orders that meet the minimum order requirement of $59. Free shipping is 7-15 business days, means your order will arrive within 7 to 15 working days, not counting weekends or holidays. Monday through Friday as business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
