This product in unsatisfactory. The device is ok, the insert is too small. The suction pulls the insert way down and the outside of the device is irrating and can not use anymore. The insert should either be longer, or there should be a way to stop the insert from being sucked down. wiosh i had bought something else.

After testing this product I came away with the impression that it is well built and easy to clean. The inner sleeve gives a nice snug fit and is really well textured. Lots of ribbing is helpful getting you where you want to go. The sucking modes are varied and there should be something to satisfy anyone.
